About Jessi Dawn Healing
For much of my life, I lived in survival mode — disconnected from my body, striving to be “good enough,” and carrying pain I didn’t yet have words for.
Raised in an environment shaped by control, shame, and silence, I learned early how to leave my body just to stay safe. But over time, that disconnection turned into exhaustion, anxiety, and emotional numbness. My body was speaking — I just hadn’t learned how to listen yet.
My healing began the moment I stopped running and started remembering.
Through hypnotherapy, energy medicine, sound healing, and breathwork, I began to uncover what trauma had buried: my capacity to feel, to trust, to connect. I learned that the body is not something to fix — it’s the most sacred teacher we have.
Today, this is the foundation of my work. I guide others on the same journey of reconnection — releasing what’s been held in the body and rediscovering safety, presence, and authentic expression. My sessions weave together modern hypnotherapy, ancient energy practices, the vibrational medicine of sound and breath. Soon, I’ll be integrating trauma-conscious Tantra to deepen embodiment, intimacy, and spiritual aliveness.
