Clients are fully clothed during sessions, and may experience a grounding, clearing, and protection meditation, heart connection, table work (hands-on healing transmission), balancing or activating crystals, sound frequency tools (such as bells, bowls, chimes) & light language for maximum healing activations.
Most recipients experience some of the following during and after a session; visuals, images, receiving messages/guidance, physical sensations, emotional, mental and physical relief, shifts in energy levels, motivation, and clarity.
