1. To hold your appointment time, you may be required to provide a credit card number to keep on file, regardless if paying with cash. Cards on file will not be processed unless in the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation.
2.. 50% of the missed service cost, or a minimum fee of $25, will be charged for all no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice. You are solely responsible for making your appointment time.
3. All service sales are final. No refunds given for packages paid and unused.
4. Products can be exchanged or returned if un-opened, in original form, within seven days of purchase for original purchase price. After seven days, if product is opened, used or damaged by client, client assumes responsibility.
