1. Clients are screened and scheduled in advance by appointment. Jessi Dawn DBA Jessi Dawn Healing, reserves the right to refuse services to anyone who does not align with her business practices, values, or policies. 

2. To hold your appointment time, you must provide an active credit card number to keep on file. Cards on file will not be processed unless in the event of a no-show or last-minute cancelation.

3. 50% of service cost will be charged for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice. You are solely responsible for making your appointment time. 

4. If you are experiencing any symptoms of an active illness (coughing, runny nose, sneezing, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.) please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled last-minute due to illness are not subject to penalty unless in the event of a no-show or abusive use.

5. All service sales are final.

6. Retail products can only be returned if un-opened, in original form, within seven days of purchase for purchase price. After seven days or if product is opened, used, or damaged by client or anyone else, client assumes any and all responsibility. Product samples are available to try before you buy. 

7. Cash, debit and all major credit cards accepted. All card transactions over $100 are subject to an additional processing fee of 3%. 

8. It’s recommended to book any series of 3 within 90 days of purchase and any series of 6 within 6 months of purchase. All series and gift certificates not used within one year from date of purchase will expire and credit will not be given towards future services.
